Terms of use

These are plain-language terms for Entromark for iPhone, iPad and Mac. They are a draft and may change before they are final.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Entromark on your Apple devices, subject to Apple's App Store terms. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.

Subscriptions and lifetime purchase

Entromark has a Free tier. Pro and Studio are available as auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
Purchases are made and billed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple account settings, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Current prices are listed on the pricing section and in the app.

Your scans

You own the scans and exports you create. They are stored on your devices, and we do not receive them. You are responsible for having the right to scan the places and objects you capture, and for backing up your data.

Accuracy and no warranty

Entromark is not a certified survey instrument, and results are not guaranteed to be survey-grade. Accuracy depends on the device, conditions and workflow, and an accuracy report describes a scan, not a guarantee. Verify critical dimensions independently before relying on them for construction, fabrication, legal or safety decisions. The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses arising from its use.
